Open Access Statement
The Indonesian Journal of Corruption and Criminal Justice (IJCCJ) is committed to maximising access to published scholarship by ensuring that all content may be read, downloaded, copied, redistributed, printed, searched, linked to in full text, text- and data-mined for software applications, and otherwise used for any lawful purpose without financial, legal, or technical barriers. This policy reflects the journal’s conviction that open dissemination strengthens scholarly communication, promotes equitable participation in research, and supports the global circulation of knowledge. In pursuing these aims, IJCCJ seeks to advance original and analytically robust legal scholarship grounded in empirical inquiry and normative (doctrinal) analysis, with sustained critical attention to corruption and evolving developments in criminal justice.
